Trinity for splice contest

"Trinity was not it's official name, but no one would question how it's name came about...

Needlessly to say, Trinity was mean to be a test. In the 2004, a break through of stem cell research arose. Cells with a mixture of human and rabbit DNA were grown for the sake or research, but not allowed to 'live' past a certain stage. Later came human DNA merged with cells of cows, dogs, rats...the list went on. But none of these miniature and undeveloped chimeras were ever allowed to grow more then a few cells tethered together.

that was until this project came about. Loop holes and bribes were past but it was a sake of curiosity to see if it would work. Rather then destroying the cells after a certain amount of days, why not let one grow?

This wasn't a random test,the cell was specifically made. Mixtures of dog, rabbit and human DNA made up the genetic code. The genomes studied, and holes were filled with compatible synthetic or organic DNA.

well, what grew was trinity.

Trinity was probably a sign that the DNA may mixed into one being, but wouldn't always stay. It tired to have three limbs, three tails...and three heads. The chimera wasn't meant to survive in the firs place, let alone with a deformity which often kills it's natural similars in a matter of days.

but needless to say, Trinity was alive, functioning...and unnaturally observant..."

This was actually a picture I started a while back, but the contest arose and it felt it was more fitting. The original doodle has a 'triangle' halo' on it's head which was duly removed.

I may do another contest entry in the next 4 days if I can make it.

and I'm totally seeing that movie.
